Estero movers for gated communities and HOA homes

Gates and HOA rules
Call your community manager a few weeks before the move. Ask how vendors get through the gate, what hours a truck may come in, and whether movers must send any paperwork ahead. Write the answers down and pass them to us with the manager's name and number. We set the arrival time around the association's rules so the truck is not left waiting at the gate.
Large homes and fine furniture
Bigger Estero homes often hold art, stone tables, mirrors and heavy lighting that will not fit in a standard box. Our white glove moving slows the pace for rooms like that. Every piece is wrapped in quilt pads and shrink wrap before it leaves. Antiques and grandfather clocks get tight packing. Golf carts and the garage

Clear the garage a few days early. Mark anything the buyer is keeping, such as shelving or a garage fridge, so it is not loaded by mistake.
Picking your moving date
Winter is the busy season in Estero, when gate and elevator calendars book up fast, so give us two or three dates if you can. For a summer or fall move, keep a backup date in mind in case a storm comes through. The Village of Estero also suggests keeping digital copies of insurance papers and receipts for valuables, which is far easier to do before the boxes are taped.
Moving to a condo or assisted living
