Senior and assisted living moves
We move people into assisted living, senior communities and smaller homes. The crew packs, moves and unpacks, and the bed is made before anyone leaves.

Start with what fits the new room
Most of these moves go from a whole house to a few rooms, so the first job is choosing. We walk the house with you, look at the new space, and help you work out which furniture fits the new room. Then the family decides on the pieces that matter most.
Whatever stays behind can go to a consignment shop or a donation drop-off on the same move, or to disposal for an added fee. Our downsizing help page covers the sorting in more detail.
Packing a lifetime of belongings
Older homes hold older things, and they need the right materials. Photographs and papers go in acid-free paper. Hanging clothes ride in wardrobe boxes. Antiques, old wood pieces and grandfather clocks are packed tight, and the furniture is covered in quilt pads and shrink wrap. Your parent doesn't need to lift or tape a single box. Most families in this situation hand all of the packing to us.
Day One setup at the new place
We don't leave a room stacked with boxes. Clothes go into the drawers and the closet. Lamps get plugged in and the TV is set up. Before the crew walks out, the bed is made with fresh linens. After a long day, your parent can get into a made bed instead of hunting through cartons for sheets. Tell us which room matters most and we'll set that one up first.
Communities and move managers
Senior communities are careful about which movers they let in the building. We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, and the sticker is on our truck. Ask the community office about move-in hours and where the truck should park before you choose a date.
We also work alongside senior move managers, including a packing and unpacking partner who refers families to us. Justin or Patrick does the free walkthrough. Call (239) 415-6683 to set a time.

What our customers say
Real Google reviews from customers we have moved, in their own words. Read all our reviews
Will you make the bed?
Yes. The bed is made with fresh linens at the new place before the crew leaves.
Are you members of NASMM?
Yes. We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Some communities ask about that before letting a mover in, so mention it to the office.
Can you take away what my parent isn't keeping?
Yes, as part of the move. We drop pieces at the consignment shop or donation center you choose and haul the rest to disposal for an added fee.
