Vanderbilt Beach movers for condos and homes
We move condo owners and families in and out of Vanderbilt Beach, with trucks coming down from our Fort Myers office. Justin, one of the two owners, does the estimate here himself.
Plan around beach season
Collier County says parking near Vanderbilt Beach is easiest before 10 a.m. in the winter months, and a moving truck runs into the same crowd. So in season we like an early start and a loading spot your building has already confirmed. Ask your manager where movers park and which elevator they should use, and if your dates can shift, a move outside the busy months is usually easier on everyone.
What Justin checks in a condo
The walkthrough is free and takes 10 to 15 minutes. Justin looks at the elevator, the hall to your door, the lanai furniture and anything glass or mirrored. Then he gives you a number. Most moves get a guaranteed flat price, so moving day costs what you agreed to. If you would rather pay by the hour, that works too.
A ready home when you fly in
Part-year owners often want the place set up before they arrive. Our crew can pack at one end and unpack at the other. Furniture travels in quilt pads and shrink wrap. At the new place, dishes go into cabinets, clothes go into drawers and closets, and the beds are put back together. Give us a short list of what you want done before you land, and the crew works from it.
Storm repairs and nearby moves
If a storm damages your unit, we can pack out the contents, store them while repairs happen, and bring everything back when the rooms are ready. That work gets busy after hurricanes, so call as soon as your contractor has a timeline. For an ordinary local move, our trucks come down from Fort Myers, so they are never far off.
