Cape Coral movers for canal homes

Cape Coral sits just across the river from our Fort Myers office, and Justin comes over to price each move in person.

Canal homes load from the street

We load canal homes from the street side, so the plan starts at the curb. At the walkthrough Justin looks at the driveway, the garage door, low branches and any side gate. He also notes how far the crew will carry from the truck to the back bedrooms. If your street is narrow or usually lined with parked cars, tell us before moving day so the crew knows where the truck can stop.

Where the truck can stop

Most Cape Coral homes have room for a truck out front, but busy roads are a different story. The City no longer allows curb parking on Cape Coral Parkway East between Coronado Parkway and Del Prado Boulevard, so if your home or rental is on that stretch, ask the manager about a rear or side lot. Wherever you live in the Cape, tell Justin at the walkthrough where you think the truck can stand, and we will plan the day around it.

Lanais, garages and the golf cart

A Cape house often keeps as much outside as in. Walk the lanai and garage with Justin and point out patio sets, tool chests and the spare freezer. Mark anything that stays with the house. A golf cart can ride on the same truck as your furniture through our golf cart moves. If the cart is the only thing moving, a car carrier usually costs less.

Packing and the flat price

You do not need a box count to book. Justin sees the rooms and the outdoor space, then gives a guaranteed flat price on most moves, with hourly as an option. If boxing up the kitchen and closets sounds like too much, our crew can do all of the packing and unpack at the new house. Call (239) 415-6683 to book the walkthrough.
