Park Shore movers for towers and homes

Most Park Shore moves run through a lobby, a loading area and an elevator. Justin sees the unit and the route to the truck before he prices the move, and most moves get a guaranteed flat price.

Every Park Shore tower has its own rules

Park Shore is mostly high rise condos along Gulf Shore Boulevard, with mid rises and single family streets behind them, and each building writes its own rules for movers. Ask your manager for them in writing: which days and hours, how to book the elevator, whether pads must cover the cab and what paperwork the building wants from the mover. Send them to us before you pick a date.

Moving from a house into a tower

Going from a mainland house to a Gulf Shore unit is a short drive and a big change in space. Measure the new rooms and the elevator door before you decide on the big pieces, and we help you work out what fits. Then let our crew handle the full packing, with boxes labeled by room for a unit with less storage. We unpack at the other end too.

Fewer things, fewer elevator trips

Every trip up the elevator uses part of a booked window. Decide early what isn't coming. We can drop furniture at a consignment shop or donation center during the move, and haul the rest away for an added disposal fee. Our donation and disposal runs are part of a household move, not a separate junk haul. In season, if the building limits moves to certain weekdays, book those days first and plan the clear-out a few days before.

A parent leaving a Park Shore condo

If a parent is moving to assisted living, we can pack the condo, move it and make the bed in the new apartment before we go. We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, which some senior communities ask for before a mover comes in. Pieces the family isn't keeping can go to donation or consignment on the same job, which leaves the condo emptier for a listing agent.
