Naples movers with an owner at every estimate
We put Naples near the top of our list, and Justin does the estimates here in person. Our trucks and crews come down from the Fort Myers office, so Naples is close to home for us.
What happens at the estimate
Justin comes to the house, and the walkthrough takes about 10 to 15 minutes. He looks at every room, the garage and the lanai, and asks where the truck can park. You are dealing with one of the two people who run the company, not a call center. Most moves get a guaranteed flat price, and hourly is there if it suits your move better.
Houses, condos and building rules
A ranch house with a wide driveway and a sixth-floor condo with one elevator are planned very differently. If you live in a building, ask the manager for the move rules in writing: allowed days and hours, how to book the elevator and what paperwork they want from the mover. Show them to Justin at the walkthrough. Winter weeks fill up fast for elevators, so give us two or three possible dates. Our local moving page covers the rest of the day.
When a parent is moving to assisted living
We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, and some senior communities only let member movers into the building. Our crew packs the apartment, moves it and puts the bed back together. Before they leave, the bed is made. We also help you work out which furniture fits the new room, so the hard choices happen before moving day. The senior moving page covers the full plan.
Moving into Naples or out of it
New to Naples? If you move during storm season, keep your closing papers and a first utility bill in the car with you, not on the truck, because the Collier County Sheriff's Office accepts papers like these as proof you live here if you need to get back in after an evacuation. If you are leaving for Orlando or another Florida city, we can send two or three trucks for a larger house, and we pack for overseas containers too. Call (239) 415-6683 to book the walkthrough.
