Moving help for agents and their clients
When your buyer or seller needs a mover, send them to us. An owner prices the move, and we can pack the house and take away what nobody wants.
An owner at every estimate
Your client won't be passed to a call center. Justin or Patrick walks the home, usually in 10 to 15 minutes, and the visit is free. Most moves come out of it with a guaranteed flat price, so your client can plan around a known number. Homes farther away can be estimated over video. The person quoting the job is one of the two people who run the company.
Packing around a closing date
Sellers often run out of time to pack between the offer and the closing. Our crew can box up the whole house, or only the rooms the seller hasn't reached, and unpack at the next address. Furniture is wrapped in quilt pads and shrink wrap before it goes on the truck. Have your client mention the closing date at the walkthrough so we can plan the work around it.
What the sellers leave behind
Most houses have a garage or spare room full of things nobody is taking. We can clear it as part of the move. Furniture can go to a consignment shop or a donation drop-off, and the rest goes to disposal for an added fee. Junk-only pickups aren't our business, so this works when we're doing the move. Sellers moving to senior living
Some listings come from an older owner heading to assisted living or a smaller place. Those moves are a large share of our work. We help pick the furniture that fits the new room, then pack, move, unpack and make the bed before leaving. We belong to the National Association of Senior Move Managers.
