Check with your HOA first
The Lely Master Property Owners Association sits over the many condo associations and HOAs in Lely Resort, but your own board sets the move day rules. Before you choose a date, ask your manager about move hours, where a truck may park and whether a form has to be filed. Pass the answers to Justin at the walkthrough. The crew then shows up already knowing the rules.
A parent moving to a smaller place
When a parent leaves a larger villa for a smaller unit or assisted living, we handle the packing, the move and the setup. We help you work out which furniture fits the new room before anything is wrapped. We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, which matters at communities that only let member movers in the building. Our senior moving ends with the bed made before the crew leaves.
The golf cart rides along
A golf cart can go on the truck with the furniture, so there is no second booking. The same goes for a motorcycle or an ATV. Mention it on the walkthrough so we leave room for it. The visit and the price
Justin's visit takes 10 to 15 minutes and costs nothing. He looks in the garage, the closets and the lanai and counts what is going. Most moves end with a guaranteed flat price. An hourly rate is also an option. If you are clearing out, we can drop extra pieces at donation or consignment on the same trip, or haul them away for a disposal fee.
