Mainland streets or Casey Key
Tell us which side of the bay you are on when you call. A mainland home near the Tamiami Trail is often a simple load from the driveway. Out on Casey Key, the drive takes longer, the homes can be large, and the walk from the front door to the truck may be a long one. Patrick notes the carry distance and the bridge you use, so we send enough people and enough truck for the day.
A parent leaving the family house
Many moves here are a parent leaving a house of many years for a smaller home or assisted living. We pack the house, move it, set up the furniture and make the bed at the new place before the crew goes home. Our senior moving service follows those same steps. We are a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, and some communities ask for that before they let a mover into the building.
The garage full of extras
We are not a junk company, but we will take donations and throwaways as part of your move. Furniture can go to charity or a consignment shop, and the rest can go to disposal for an added fee. Sort things into keep, give and toss before Patrick visits, and he can price all three in one walkthrough. Our donation and disposal runs page has the details.
Moving during storm season
A summer or fall move here deserves a backup plan. In Sarasota County, when your evacuation level is called, you are told to leave, so find your evacuation level for both the house you are leaving and the one you are moving into. Pick a second date with us when you book, and a storm warning will never catch the house half packed.
Booking the walkthrough
Patrick's visit is free and short, about 10 to 15 minutes. He looks at each room, the driveway and anything heavy, like a piano or a gun safe. You get a guaranteed flat price on most moves, or hourly if you prefer it. Call (239) 415-6683 Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, or on Sunday morning until noon.
