Pine Island movers for rural lots and winter homes
Our trucks come out to Pine Island from Fort Myers, and Justin sees the property before anything is priced.
The drive in through Matlacha
Every Pine Island move comes in over the Little Pine Island Bridge at Matlacha, which FDOT rebuilt after Hurricane Ian, and the whole island shares that one road. So we load early and aim to get everything in a single trip. Tell us whether you are near St. James City, Pine Island Center or Bokeelia, because the drive up and down the island adds time, and we will plan your start around it.
Big yards, carts and gear
An island home may come with a large lot, a garage full of fishing gear and a golf cart. We do not move sheds. A cart or ATV can ride on the truck with your furniture through our golf cart and vehicle moves. Point out the gear that is staying during the walkthrough so the truck is sized for what is really going. If the drive is long or unpaved, send a photo.
Closing up a winter home
If this is your winter place, closing it often means old furniture, tools and things past renters left behind. We can take what you do not want to consignment, a charity or the dump as part of the move with our donation and disposal hauls. There is an optional fee for the haul. Tell Justin at the walkthrough which rooms are being emptied and which pieces are coming with you.
Packing out after storm damage
If storm water reaches the house, the contents need to come out before repairs start. Our restoration pack-out service packs everything, holds it in storage for a while and redelivers once the rooms are ready. The walkthrough is free, and most moves get a guaranteed flat price. Call (239) 415-6683 to set up the visit.
