Port Charlotte movers with an owner who lives here
Patrick, one of the two owners of All American Moving and Storage, lives in Port Charlotte and walks local homes for the estimate. On moving day the truck and crew drive up from our Fort Myers office, about an hour away.
Check your zone before choosing a date
Charlotte County's Know Your Zone page shows the evacuation zone for any address, so look up the house you are moving into. If your move falls in hurricane season, pick a backup date with us. And if a storm does damage the house, we can pack out and store everything during repairs and bring it back afterward.
A house full of decades
A home with the same owner for decades fills every closet, the garage and the china cabinet. Justin and Patrick both think older customers do better when our crew does the packing. With full packing, dishes are wrapped, beds and tables come apart, and furniture goes in quilt pads and shrink wrap. At the new place we put it all back together and unpack as much as you like.
Moving across the state
Some Port Charlotte families are headed to Orlando or another city inland. For those we run Florida short-haul moves, with two or three trucks when the house needs it. Patrick works out the truck count on his walkthrough, which is free and takes 10 to 15 minutes. Most moves get a guaranteed flat price, and hourly is available if you prefer it.
Getting on Patrick's calendar
Patrick books visits Monday through Saturday. He opens the closets, checks the lanai and garage, and looks at the doors and steps the crew will use. Have both addresses ready, plus any rules from the new community. Because the crew drives up from Fort Myers, we set the start time with that trip in mind. Send us your details to set up the walkthrough.
