Marco Island movers for condos and second homes
Marco Island is the south end of the area Justin covers, and he comes onto the island for the estimate himself. Every truck and crew comes from our Fort Myers office.
The estimate on the island
Justin's walkthrough is free and runs 10 to 15 minutes. Condo entrances and side streets on the island can look alike on a map, so give us the building name and unit number when you book. If you are up north, Justin can do the estimate by video and confirm the details when the truck arrives. A neighbor or property manager can let the crew in. Most moves get a guaranteed flat price.
Ask your building before we book
Many island condos have a manager and written rules for movers. Before we set a date, ask about move hours, elevator padding, the loading spot and whether they want our paperwork ahead of time. Send us what they tell you. If the building has a booking calendar for the service elevator, reserve it as soon as you have a date. The crew plans the load around that window.
Art, mirrors and glass
Second homes here often hold art, large mirrors and glass tables. Our white glove moving means quilt pads, shrink wrap and setup in the right rooms at the other end. A sculpture or a piece going overseas can travel in a custom crate. We also pack for overseas containers if part of the household is shipping abroad.
Getting back on after a storm
After a hurricane, the City limits who can get onto Marco Island, and workers need a dated letter on company letterhead plus photo ID. Our crews carry both, so we can reach your home as soon as access opens. If your home needs repairs, we pack out the contents, keep them in storage and bring them back once the work is done.
