North Naples moving, planned around the roads and the gate

Justin, one of our two owners, does North Naples estimates in person, and the truck comes down from our Fort Myers office. He plans the day around your road, your gate and your building.

Road work and your start time

Collier County is widening Vanderbilt Beach Road east of US 41, and most lane closures fall in the middle of the day, which is the heart of a moving day. If your home sits off that stretch, check the county's road projects list when you pick a date, and we will start early so the truck is loaded before the closures begin.

Gatehouses, HOA forms and elevators

Put the crew on the gatehouse list the day before. Ask the manager what hours moves are allowed, whether the HOA wants a form, and where a truck may park. Condo buildings may also want a booked service elevator and paperwork from the mover. Get those rules in writing and hand them to Justin. Glass tabletops, art and stone get our white glove handling, with beds and tables taken apart and rebuilt in the new rooms.

Selling one home and buying the next

Closing dates move, and moving day moves with them. Tell us early if the sale and the purchase don't line up, and Justin will plan the dates around both. Our packing crew can box the whole house ahead of a tight closing, then unpack at the new place, kitchen included. If your agent needs the moving date confirmed for the other side of the deal, we are happy to talk with them directly.

Pianos, safes and grandfather clocks

If the house has a piano, a gun safe or a grandfather clock, show each one to Justin at the walkthrough so the crew comes with the right plan. Our crew is good with pianos, and the piano moving page explains how we handle them. Gun safes are fine too. Just tell Justin the size and roughly how heavy it is, so the crew brings the right equipment. A clock gets its weights and pendulum packed on their own before it leaves the wall.
